Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Terms
ModernCraft provides expert repair and home maintenance services conducted by licensed professionals. By engaging our services, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions.
- All repair work is limited to the scope defined in the approved estimate.
- The client must provide safe access to the premises and ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available.
- ModernCraft reserves the right to decline work that poses safety hazards or violates local building codes.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed only after the client accepts the digital estimate. We strive for 15-minute arrival windows for all scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a $75 administrative fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
"Transparent pricing, no hidden surprises. All pricing is project-based and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue."
Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Final payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital mobile payments.
4. Warranty Information
We stand behind our craftsmanship. ModernCraft provides a 12-month labor warranty on all repairs. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, client negligence, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties after our service.
5. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODERNCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE CAUSING THE CLAIM.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or hidden conditions uncovered during the repair process.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the county of our primary headquarters.
